Miro, improving hybrid collaborative sessions

Conduct a User Research about hybrid collaborative sessions (those with people both in the same room and remotely) and provide a better and more engaging experience between facilitators and participants.

Results:
Improved voice recognition between online / offline participants within Miro.

How Might We

Results

Audio plays an essential role to vehicle successful hybrid collaborative sessions. By adding Miro a audio call feature with voice recognition to easily identify the online vs onsite participants increased their engagement and allowed communication to be more fluid and clearer.
